Human Resources Advisor

We have an exciting opportunity for an HR Advisor to support our people leaders. What you'll do: - Provide advice on ER/IR, policy and performance - Support recruitment and onboarding - Coach managers through people matters - Contribute to HR projects and initiatives You'll bring: - A tertiary qualification in HR or related field - Sound knowledge of the Fair Work Act and awards - Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills - The ability to build trusted relationships Hybrid working and a genuine people-first culture.
